Apply for the Environmental Immigrant Bridging (EIB) Program today!

The Community Environment Alliance (CEA) in partnership with Eco Canada is delivering the EIB program starting 14 February 2012 in Brampton.

The purpose of the program is to assist newcomers:

  • Overcome entry barriers and integrate into the Canadian environmental sector
  • Gain skills and competencies required to connect with the environmental sector in a professionally supported and guided environment

The EIB Program in Brampton incorporates experiential learning model with:

  • In-class sessions
  • Distance learning sessions
  • Field visits
  • Project based activities
  • Networking

Donated equipments are refurbished to provide less privileged families with access to computers and information technology through our award winning Share-IT program.


Non reusable equipments are recycled in an environmentally safe way through the Ontario Electronic Stewardship (OES) program. Community Environment Alliance is an OES approved Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) collector.


We are in critical need of the following items to help the community.

If you have any of the following used equipments please consider donating them to the Share-IT program to help us serve those in need.

  • Keyboards & Mice
  • Working laptops
